- Volunteers use their own car to provide a door to door service to any destination, typically, shopping, medical or social appointments.
- An amount per mile is payable direct to the driver.

Note: Passengers do not have to be aged or infirm to use this service, they only need not to have other appropriate transport available to them at the time that they wish to travel. To make use of the service passengers must register, and then give at least 2 working days notice if they wish to travel. The service operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Volunteer drivers from the community make use of their own cars to transport passengers to any sort of destination, typically medical appointments, shopping, social visits etc. The drivers charge 40 pence per mile from their own home to cover their expenses and if the journey is arranged through a referral agency then an admin fee may also be payable.
